REGISTRATION DETAILS
Registration for the WashU Science Olympiad Invitational is now open on the link above. Please email scienceolympiad@gwrymca.org with any questions.
Teams’ registration confirmations will be sent out on January 19th or earlier. Upon receiving this email, teams will have until the 2nd of February to provide registration fees for the tournament. Instructions for the payment of the fee will be provided in the confirmation emails. If teams are unable to pay at this time, they may be removed from the tournament and replaced with a team that is on the waitlist.
November 30th 5pm CST, 2023:
Registration opens for teams. Schools are allowed a maximum of three (3) teams per school. St. Louis region teams and midwestern teams are given priority for registration
January 18th 5pm CST, 2023:
Registration closes for all teams.
January 19th 5pm CST, 2023:
Last date for teams to receive registration status. Teams will likely receive confirmation of registration prior to this date. While there is a limit of three teams that a school can register on our form, not all schools are guaranteed to receive that many slots.
February 2nd 11:59pm CST, 2023:
Payment for tournament due. This is the last possible day for your team to submit payment or proof of payment. Failure to submit payment on time will forfeit your team’s slot to the next team on the waitlist.
February 3rd, 2024: Division C Competition Day!
REGISTRATION FEES
Teams do not have to pay the fees at registration. The fees will only be due after the team's place in the tournament is confirmed.
NOTICE: TEAMS IN THE ST. LOUIS REGION WILL NOT BE CHARGED A TOURNAMENT FEE
As this tournament is run online, the fee for one team will be $45. Any additional teams from the same school will be charged $25. These fees will be due on January 25th. Failure to pay these fees may result in the removal of the teams from the tournament.
